Surrogate Requirements
- Are you a legal resident of the United States?
- Are you between the ages of 21 and 41 years old?
- Do you have a body mass index (BMI) less than or equal to 32?
- Have you had at least one full-term, uncomplicated pregnancy and birth?
- Have you had 5 or fewer previous deliveries and 2 or fewer c-sections?
If you answered yes to the questions above, congratulations!
