  • Milestone Bonuses: $3,000
  • Maternity Clothing Allowance: $750
  • Embryo Transfer Fee per Cycle: $1,000
  • Monthly Personal Expenses: $3,250*
  • Repeat Surrogate: $5,000

* Personal Expense Fee is paid in up to 10 installments of $350 at the confirmation of heartbeat. This fee is intended to cover all miscellaneous expenses relating to the pregnancy.
