Base compensation starts at $55,000 for first-time surrogates and $65,000 for repeat surrogates. With milestone bonuses, allowances, and benefits, total packages typically begin around $60,000 (first-time) and $70,000 (repeat). Reimbursements, contingent fees, and insurance support are provided on top, and we’ll never use inflated “up to” numbers to make the package look bigger than it is.
